Books that have helped me come back to my body
I'm collecting a small list — books that have actually helped, not the ones I felt I should read. Mine so far: *The Body Keeps the Score* (Bessel van der Kolk), *Women Who Run With the Wolves* (C.P. Estés), *Wintering* (Katherine May). What's on yours?

*Burnout* by Emily Nagoski and her sister. The chapter on completing the stress cycle changed how I teach.
Anything by Mary Oliver. Not a body book, but the slow attention is the body work.
